摘　　要：学校法制教育是建设社会主义法制国家的重要基础,是我国法制教育的主要途径。很多农村中小学基础条件比较薄弱,为了更好地实施农村中小学校法制教育,本文就农村中小学校法制教育的实施作了初步的分析并结合实际提出了一些建议。The school education of legal system is an important foundation for the construction of socialist legal system country, is the main way of education legal system in China. Many relatively weak foundation of rural middle and primary school conditions, in order to better implement the rural primary and middle schools education of legal system, the implementation of the education of legal system in this paper, the rural primary and secondary schools has made the preliminary analysis and puts forward some practical Suggestions.
