摘  要:自2007年国家新资助政策体系出台后,我国高校相关资助政策日趋完善,家庭经济困难大学生资助工作进入正规化管理过程,各高校更多思考的课题是如何实现优质的资助育人效果,而主体性资助育人工作能够满足主体发展的诉求,有助于发挥受助大学生的主观能动性与创造性;有助于教育者与受助大学生的情感交流;助于受助大学生能力与素质培养。With the introduction of the new national financial aid system in 2007,the relevant financial aid policy in Chinese universities and colleges has been increasingly improved. Gradually, the subsidization for students with family financial difficulty has come into a process of regularized management. Nowadays, the subject which is mostly considered in the universities is how to achieve a quality education with subsidization. Besides, the subjectivity education with subsidization can meet the demand of subjectivity development, which can enable the students to exert their subjective initiative and creativity, can promote the emotional communication between teachers and students and can cultivate the capacity and quality of the students.
