摘　　要：全国社会人力资源体系中一种重要的分系统就是高职毕业生,且其设计到社会、学校、政府、用人单位等各个方面,因此,其属于一个系统工程。基于此,本文从高职毕业生创业支持问题着手,对制约其条件的政策因素进行分析,并提出相应优化对策。The system of social human resources is an important subsystem of higher vocational graduates, and to the society, schools, government, an d the design of unit of choose and employ persons, and other aspects, therefore, it belongs to a systems engineering.Based on this, this text set about from higher vocational graduates entrepreneurship support problem, analyze the policy factors that limit the conditions of the, and put forward the correspondin g optimization countermeasures.
