Analysis on clients of adolescence of psychological counseling in general hospital

摘　　要：目的　了解综合医院心理咨询门诊青春期咨客的特点。　方法　总结中山大学附属三院心理咨询门诊近 3年青春期咨客的资料。结果　咨客共有 2 5 2 3例 ,男女比例 1.5 3∶1,青春期前后期比例为 1∶2 .15。不同性别的咨客均是青春期后期人数较多。青春期咨客市内外比例为 1.14∶1,青春期前期的咨客市内的较多 ,青春期后期的咨客市外的较多。精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍 (2 8.4 6 % )与癔症、应激相关障碍、神经症 (2 6 .0 0 % )是青春期咨客中最为常见的两类精神障碍 ,不同年龄、不同性别的青春期咨客的疾病谱是有差异的。　结论　综合医院心理咨询门诊青春期咨客的咨询主要为医学心理咨询。Objective To study the characteristic of the clients of adolescence of psychological counseling in general hospital.Methods To summarize all the data of the clients of adolescence of psychological counseling in the third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University during the last about 3 years.Results The number of the clients was 2 523.The client's proportion of the male to female was 1.53 to 1.The proportion of the younger clients of adolescence to the elder was 1 to 2.15.The elder clients of adolescence were more than the younger both on the male and female.The client's proportion of the city to the country was 1.14 to 1.The younger clients of adolescence from city were more than that from country,and the elder from country were than form city.The most common diseases of the clients of adolescence were Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders(28.46%),Hysteria,Stress-related disorders,Neurosis(26.00%).The compose of these diseases of the adolescence's clients to the different age group and sex distinction was different.Conclusions The psychological counseling of the adolescence's clients is medical psychological counseling in general hospital.
