P^(27)和CyclinE在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：应用免疫组化的方法研究 P2 7和 Cyclin E在肾母细胞瘤中的表达以及与预后及临床病理特征的关系。结果显示 :P2 7和 Cyclin E在肾母细胞瘤中的阳性表达率分别为 3 3 .3 %和 60 .6% ,并与年龄、瘤体大小、临床分期、组织分型、淋巴转移相关 ,Cyclin E表达阳性组 P2 7表达减少 ,Cyclin E表达阳性而 P2 7表达阴性的病例 5年生存率明显下降。认为 P2 7和 CyclinTo study expressions of P 27 and CyclinE in nephroblastumor,66 cases were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The result showed that the positive expression rate of P 27 and CyclinE were 33.3% and 60.6%, respectively. The expressions of P 27 and CyclinE were related to age, volume of tumor, cilinical stage, histological category and lymph node metastesis.The expression of P 27 decreased when the expression of CyclinE increased. The 5 years survival rate decreased in the group of positive expression of CyclinE while negative expression of P 27. P 27 and cyclinE are important prognostic factors for patients with nephroblastumor.
