新型职业农民培养背景下发挥村级成人学校办学职能的策略探究——以北京市延庆县为例

摘　　要：在新型职业农民培养的背景下,延庆县将村级成人学校定位为产业发展互助中心、乡土文化繁荣中心、留守老幼关爱中心,确定了其在延庆县经济社会发展中的重要地位和作用。为进一步发挥村级成人学校的职能、提高办学能力,提出以下策略:确定专职校长,统筹办学职能;发展兼职教师,充实办学力量;利用本土人才,助推村校发展;开发网络资源,实现办学信息化,以期发挥村校的办学主体作用,使之真正成为新型职业农民培养的主阵地。Under the background of new-type vocational farmer cultivation, Yanqing orientated village-level adult school as mutual aid center for industry development, local culture prosperity center and left youngandold care center,whichdetermined its important position and role in the economic and social development ofYanqing county. In order to further play village-level adult school's functions and improve the running ability, the paper put forward the following strategies: 1.Determining the full-time headmaster and coordinating education function; 2.Developing part-time faculty to enrich school's running strength; 3.Using local talent to boostits development;4.Developing network resource to realizeinformatization, which help to play the main role of village-level school andmake it become the main battle position fornew-type vocational farmer cultivation.
