摘  要:目的 测试 4种常用复合树脂贴面的透光率 ,并研究其对树脂固化深度、表面硬度的影响。方法 应用分光色彩分析仪测试 4种常用复合树脂贴面的透光率。结果 在可见光波长为 4 5 0~ 5 0 0nm时 ,薄片厚度为 0 4、0 6、0 8mm ,Charisma透射率最好 ,其次是Isosit、Artglass、Durafill。随可见光波长增加 ,四种复合树脂薄片透射率差别不大。薄片厚度增加至 1 2mm时 ,Durafill透射率最好、Charisma透射率最低。结论 复合树脂薄片的透光率随其厚度的增加而明显降低 ,随着可见光波长的增加 ,复合树脂薄片的透光率也随之增加。Objective To investigate the transmission rate of four commercially resin based veneering materials and to measure the effects on curing depth and surfacehardness. Methods The transimission rate was tested 307 spectrophotometer(HITACI) for various thickness of the resin based materials and the wave length ranging from 450 to 520*!nm. The thickness of specimens was 0 4,0 6,0 8 and 1 2*!mm respectively. The cure depth and surfacehardness were measured by means of a scaping technique according to ISO No.4090. Results When the thickness of veneering increased from 0 4*!mm to 1 2*!mm, the rate of transmitted light decreased significantly, whereas the rate of transmitted light increased when the visible light wave length changed from 450*!nm to 500*!nm. The rate of transmitted light of composite resin was affected by the size and weight of filler and the color of composite. Conclusion Significant differences were found in the wave length dependence of transmission rate among the four materials. When the wave length increased, the transmission rate reduced.
