摘　　要：目的　探讨表皮生长因子受体EGFR和生长因子受体C erbB 2在成釉细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法　利用流式细胞仪对培养的 5例成釉细胞瘤细胞进行间接免疫荧光染色检测。结果　 5例肿瘤细胞标本中 ,EFGR和C erbB 2的阳性率分别为 (42 2 0± 3 4 2 ) %和 (5 7 0 3± 5 0 6 ) %。结论　成釉细胞瘤细胞表面存在的生长因子受体 ,可能对肿瘤的增殖和局部侵袭性生长具有重要意义。Objective To examine the expression of EGFR and C erbB 2 in ameloblastoma to determine their roles in tumor invasion. Methods Using FCM, 5 cultured ameloblastoma cells were examined with EGFR and C erbB 2 antibodies. Results EGFR could be detected in (42 20±3 42)% of tumor cells and the rate of expression of C erbB 2 was (57 03±5 06)%. Conclusion The expression of EGFR and C erbB 2 in ameloblatoma cell membrane might facilitate tumor cells to proliferate. It was suggested that these growth factors might play an important role in the invasion of ameloblastoma.
