晚期前列腺癌的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的　了解晚期前列腺癌综合治疗的方法及效果。方法　回顾性分析 1990年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月收治的 62例晚期前列腺癌病人 ,采用以内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗措施。结果　随访 6～ 60个月 ,平均 2 4.5月。接受内分泌治疗后病人下尿路梗阻症状均有不同程度缓解 ,前列腺缩小 ,PSA下降。TURP、输尿管皮肤造瘘、局部放疗或同位素内放射治疗等可有效解除尿路梗阻 ,保护肾功能 ,减轻转移性骨痛。结论　对晚期前列腺癌病人应采取积极的综合治疗措施。睾丸切除或口服己烯雌酚Objective To evaluate the process and efficacy of combined therapy in the treatment of advanced prostatic cancer.Methods From January 1990 to December 2001,62 patients treated with combined methods,which based upon endocrine therapy,were studied and reviewed retrospectively.Results 62 cases were followed up for 6 to 60 months with a means of 24.5 months.After receiving endocrine therapy,the symptoms of urethral obstruction were alleviated,the prostatic volume and serum PSA were reduced.Urinary obstruction,renal function damage and metastatic bony pains could be relieved effectively by TURP,ureterocutaneostomy and local radiotherapy.Conclusions Patients with advanced prostatic cancer should be treated actively.Combined therapy could ease the symptoms and improve the life quality.Orchiectomy or trostilben plus anticoagulant is also an effective endocrine therapeutic method worthy to select.
