乳腺癌ER、PR及C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白表达与腋窝淋巴结转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　了解乳腺癌组织 ER、 PR及 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白表达与腋窝淋巴结转移之间的相关性。方法　用免疫组化 SP法测定 91例乳腺癌及 2 0例乳腺良性病变组织 ER、PR及 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白表达。结果　 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白与淋巴结转移存在正相关 ;ER、PR表达与 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白表达存在负相关 ;ER、 PR表达与淋巴结转移可能无直接相关 ;但是可能影响 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白阴性者的淋巴结转移。结论　 C- erb B- 2癌基因蛋白阳性者易出现淋巴结转移 ;C- erb B- 2的表达情况能影响 ER、Objective To study the correlation of axillary lymph node metastases with the expression of ER/PR and C erbB 2 protein.Methods ninety one cases of breast carcinoma and twenty cases of benign breast lesions were studied by means of S P immunohistochemistry.Results C erbB 2 proteins is correlated with metastses of axillary lymph node.Expression of ER and PR are inversely correlated with C erbB 2 protein.Expression of ER and PR might be not directly correlated with metastases of axillary lymph node;but they may influence metastases of axillary lymph node of cases whose expression of C erbB 2 protein is negative.Conclusion metastases of axillary lymph node is easy to develop at the patients of C erbB 2 being positive.C erbB 2 protein expression can influence the relation of ER and PR expression with metastases of axillary lymph node.
