人卵巢癌细胞系BUPH:OVSC-1的建立及化疗药物对其生长的影响

摘　　要：目的 :介绍人卵巢肉瘤样癌细胞系BUPH :OVSC 1的建立 ,筛选卵巢肉瘤样癌敏感的化疗药物。方法 :以手术切除的卵巢肉瘤样癌腹壁转移组织为材料 ,进行体外培养 ,建立人卵巢肉瘤样癌细胞系。通过MTT的方法在相同条件下检测该细胞系对顺铂、阿霉素、足叶乙甙、拓扑替康四种化疗药物的敏感性。结果 :建立卵巢肉瘤样癌细胞系BUPH :OVSC 1,该细胞在体外对阿霉素非常敏感 ,对顺铂较敏感 ,对足叶乙甙和拓扑替康的敏感性较差。结论Objective To introduce the establishment of a human ovarian sarcomatoid carcinoma cell line,and search more selective chemotherapeutic agents directed against ovarian sarcomatoid carcinoma.Methods A specimen derived from metastatic tumor of a human ovarian sarcomatoid carcinoma was obtained and cultured in vitro.The sensitivities of BUPH:OVSC 1 cells to cisplatin,adriamycin,etoposide and topotecan were tested in vitro respectively by MTT assay.Results After serial passage,a human ovarian sarcomatoid carcinoma cell line was established,named as BUPH:OVSC 1.The result of the MTT assay showed that the cells were greatly sensitive to adriamycin and cisplatin,but not to etoposide and topotecan.Conclusion The combination of cisplatin and adriamycin could be a promising therapy in human ovarian sarcomatoid carcinoma.
