摘　　要：建立适合计算机运用的滚齿机传动链挂轮换置和验算数学模型,设计自动选取机床内联系传动链交换齿轮的计算机软件系统和仿真加工系统,有效取代传统的挂轮选配手工计算方法和查表方法;同时在零件加工之前模拟实际加工过程,从CRT屏幕上观察零件加工完成情况,进一步判断挂轮选取是否正确,免除试切检验工序。This paper is to found the math model of exchange and check for changefulgear of hobber drive chain for computer application,design calculator software system and s imulate working system for automati-cally choose the machine tool changefulgear of inner vinculum drive chai n,effectively replace the conventi onal calculating method and check list me thod for selecting changefulgear,a t the same time,simulate workpiece process before actual machining,ob serve situation on the screen of CRT,avoid process step of test cutting f ur-ther.
