摘 要:研究了用酸分解合金样 ,少量Mn -Fe共沉淀分离Ti,一定量的Al用KF掩蔽 ,在pH4 5乙酸 -乙酸钠缓冲溶液中 ,钒与铜铁试剂生成的络合物 ,在导数示波极谱上有一个灵敏的络合物吸附波 ,峰电位在 -0 8V (vs SCE)峰高与钒质量浓度在 0 0 0 2~ 1μg/mL范围内呈线性关系。检出限 0 0 0 1μg/mL。A method for the determination of trace vanadium in Al-Ti-B alloy was studied. Samples were decomposed with dilute HCl,titanium could be separated by coprecipitation with small amounts of Mn 2+ and Fe 3+ and meanwhile a certain amount of aluminium was masked by KF.In the buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH4.5) a complex adsorptive wave of vanadium cupferron appeared at -0.8V(vs.SCE).The linear relationship was in the concentration range of 0.002-1.0μg/mL for vanadium,the detection limit was 0.001μg/mL.
