摘　　要：在激烈的市场竞争中 ,战略是企业发展的航标灯。我国中小企业由于自身的特点 ,其战略制定有其特有的模式。从我国中小企业特点出发 ,讨论中小企业发展战略模式及其选择原则 ,提出了我国中小企业加速发展可以借助一定的外力 ,并进一步探索了中小企业借力成长的基本模式。Based on the characteristics of small and medium sized enterprises in China, this paper makes a research on the strategies for their development and the principle of how to choose the strategy suitable for themselves. It also points out that the small and medium sized enterprises can accelerate their growth with the aid of exterior support and further probes into the basic mode of their growing.
