摘　　要：组织承诺反映了学生成员对社团的认同和投入程度,它极大地影响着学生社团的正常运行,是刻画社团组织的兴衰荣败,甚至大学校园文化发展的晴雨表。本研究通过经验资料的分析得出:1.当前大学生社团的组织承诺状况;2.影响大学生社团组织承诺的结构性因素;3.大学生社团组织承诺的类型。Organizational commitment reflects student's attitude and devotion to college student association. It importantly affects the association' runningsuccess or fail. This thesis focuses on: (1) organizational commitment to college student association is in good shape. (2) there are eleven factors influencing organizational commitment significantly. (3) there are four types of organizational commitment: instrumental commitment, affective commitment, idealization commitment and mixing commitment. (4) three effective measures must be done to guarantee and improve organizational commitment of college student association.
