摘　　要：A systemic morphological research of Giant panda including its system anatomy and organohistology was carried out from December 1980 to June 1983. Seven adult carcasses were studied and some supplementary specimens were taken from 20 more individuals including newborn, young and old animals. The authors have compared it with black bear, brown bear, racoon or lesser panda, and tried to analyse the structures relevent to its ecology and its evolutionary position. The results obtained implies some incompleteness of the former reports.
