摘　　要：目前,国内对健康素养的认识和评估大多停留在个体的技能和能力层面,而忽视了卫生系统的复杂环境对健康素养的影响。本文将就如何提高公民健康素养展开分析,并重点阐述如何通过改善支持性环境来提高健康素养的理论基础,希望能够为进一步的研究提供参考。Nowadays,the understanding and assessment of health literacy remained mostly at level of skills and abilities of the individuals,while ignoring the impact of the demands and complexity in the health system environment to health literacy.This article will analyze how to improve citizens' health literacy,and focus on theoretical foundation of the necessity of creating the health literate environment to improve health literacy,hoping to provide a reference for further research.
