摘　　要：目的了解职工心理健康现状,评估其心理健康服务需求,探寻科学合理的心理健康服务途径与方法,提高职工心理素质。方法采用自制心理健康评估量表及自制心理健康服务需求问卷对在岗的113名疾控中心工作人员进行测评与分析。结果心理健康状况调查中,94.70%的被调查者为心理健康,无心理不健康者。对不同性别、年龄段、学历、工作年限的职工心理健康状况进行分组比较,均未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。在心理健康服务需求的调查中,54.8%的职工认为需要关于单位的心理咨询,但也存在各种心理方面的顾虑,且不同性别职工对单位心理咨询的态度及顾虑方向的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在最需要咨询的问题上,57.3%的职工关注工作与情绪,39.3%的职工有职业成长困惑。且不同年龄段和学历水平需要咨询的焦点问题差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论总体上,被调查职工心理健康状况良好,但也显示出对心理健康咨询的需求,且不同性别、年龄段的职工对心理健康服务的态度、顾虑与需求的差异,为单位心理健康咨询的开展提供了有效的服务方向。Objective To explore mental health status of employees in the Disease Control and Prevention Center(CDC) in Yangpu District, and probe into methods for improving their mental health. Methods A total of 133 staff in Yangpu CDC participated in this study, who were surveyed using the SCL-90 Scale and the Mental Health Needs Assessment questionnaire developed by the authors. Results The Mental Health Status survey indicated that nearly all of respondents were healthy(94.70%). No unhealthy respondent was found. Employees showed no differences between gender, age groups, education level and seniority level(P>0.05). Of the needs assessment for mental health services, 54.8% of respondents needed the psychological counseling services but in despite of concerns and there was significant difference between gender(P<0.05) regarding attitude and concerns. In the most common topics of counseling services, 57.3% of the staff concerned their work and emotions, and 39.3% concerned their career development; there were significant gender and educational differences in most concerned counseling topics(P<0.05). Conclusions Generally, the mental health status of employees with the Yangpu CDC is healthy. However, employees have needs for mental health counseling services with gender and age variations This study provides necessary information to develop mental health counseling services to improve their mental health.
