摘　　要：在海南国际旅游岛建设中,研究民族文化的本土化与国际化的结合有着非常重要的学术价值和现实意义。本文从黎族传统文化视野着眼于黎族的节庆文化,就海南黎族典型节庆仪式寻求它历史的根源并深入研究它的文化内涵,对黎族节庆文化的新媒体传播路径做一探讨,旨在为了传承黎族的传统文化,为海南黎族民俗文化传播探寻新路径,融合新媒体特征与艺术表现解构方式,为海南非物质文化遗产的传承与媒介推广提供新的范本,为发展中国特色社会主义核心价值体系,促进海南省的经济建设和精神文化建设助一臂之力,做出应有的贡献。The study of the combination of localization and internationalization of national culture has very important academic value and practical significance in the construction of Hainan international tourism island. This paper focuses on the history culture connotation of the festival culture of the Li nationality traditional culture from Hainan typical Festival ceremony. The study of new media path of Li's festival culture is to inherit traditional culture of Li nationality and explore a new path for the Hainan Li nationality folk culture dissemination. The integration of new media features and artistic expression of the deconstruction way provides a new model for South Africa's material and cultural heritage inheritance and sea media promotion. It also helps to promote the development of Chinese characteristics of socialist core value system and the economic development of Hainan Province and the construction of spiritual culture.
