摘　　要：用氨基酸自动分析仪测定 4种不同产地红花籽中的 17种氨基酸 。In this paper, 17 kinds of amino acids of different places have been determined with automatic amino analyzer model 1835-50. This result established a basis quality assessment and development of safflower seed.
