摘  要:在一些重要的出入口,需要对进出的人员进行监控,记录何人何时进出何地,这对于安防监控非常重要。提出基于人脸检测和识别技术的高清人像抓拍检索系统的设计与实现,对进出关口的人脸进行抓拍和存储,并在后台服务器中进行识别记录和比对报警。客户端可对人脸进行检索并查看视频录像,以及提供人脸以图搜图的操作。本文的贡献在于,一方面系统地描述了高清人像系统的设计,并集成了视频录像联动、人脸以图搜图以及采用头肩检测等功能;另一方面对高清摄像、人脸检测、人脸识别、头肩检测等关键技术在本系统中的实现提供了有价值的实践经验。At some important gates, the passed humans need to be recorded. The information that who passed at when and where is important for security monitoring. This paper proposed high definition face capture and retrieval system design and implementation based on face detection and recognition, which capture and store the passing human's face, and then recognized and recorded it in the server. The user can search the faces and watch the video, and execute the search-by-image operation. The contribution of this paper is that, on the one hand it systematically described the high definition face system design, integrated functions of video recording, search-by-image, and head-shoulder detection; on the other hand it provided valuable practice experience for the implementation of the key technologies such as high definition imaging, face detection, face recognition, head-should detection, etc., for this specific application.
