摘  要:以微处理器Atmega64为核心,基于VPC3+C协议芯片,设计了一种双路冗余的PROFIBUS-DP嵌入式总线桥。文章介绍了总线桥的总体方案,从硬件和软件两方面进行详细的论述。测试表明其能够接受智能从站的控制,切换主备通讯链路,稳定可靠地与PROFIBUS主站进行通讯,符合PROFIBUS规范在物理层、协议测试、互操作性方面的相关标准。This paper creates an embedded field bus bridge having two links for PROFIBUS-DP based on the microprocessor atmega64 and VPC3+C chip. And the paper discusses the general scheme of the embedded field bus bridge, then expounds on its hardware design and software design. This embedded field bus bridge conforms to the requirements of the physical layer and protocol and interoperability in the PROFIBUS standard, can receive and perform the commands from the intelligent slave device, switch to the primary link or the secondary link, communicate with the PROFIBUS master station well and stably.
