摘 要:本文把转子发动机主要结构参数、转速和工作室内压力等作为输入数据来模拟径向密封片在密封槽中的移动和它与转子室内壁的贴合情况。预测显示 :在各种负荷、较高转速下确实存在径向密封片与转子室内壁贴合不严或脱开及在槽中移动的现象。预测结果与实验结果基本一致 ,该模型可作为整体式径向密封片设计时的分析工具。Using combustion pressure indicator diagrams predicted by zero-dimensional thermodynamic model and engine speed as inputs, along with chief geometrical dimensions, we are able to model the apex seal separation from the trochoidal bore and shift in the slots. In the analysis of the pressure behind the apex seal, the vicinity of the seal is treated as a labyrinth passages. The predicted results show that apex seals do lift off from the trochoidal housing and shift between the sides of its groove under various load and higher speed conditions. The modelling motion of the apex seal coincided qualitatively with the results of the experimental results. In this paper, an important addition to the past analysis is the inclusion of the difference between the chamber pressure and the pressure behind an apex seal. This model can be used to analysis of configurations of the standard bar type apex seal.
