摘  要:目的 :探讨薏苡仁酯 (coixenolide,CXL )对实验性鼻咽癌转移的抑制作用。方法 :采用裸鼠移植瘤淋巴转移模型观察 CXL 的药效 ,MTT法检测该药物对免疫功能的影响。结果 :CXL 以量效方式抑制人鼻咽癌细胞 CNE- 2 Z的转移 ,累积 ID50 为 10 - 3.2 82 mol/ kg,与接种部位“原发瘤”的缩小相一致 (累积 ID50 =10 - 3.387mol/ kg)。组织学检查可见 ,CNE- 2 Z的侵袭能力降低 ,与淋巴结转移率下降同步。同时 CXL能促进荷瘤小鼠 NK细胞活性的恢复。结论 :CXL能拮抗 CNE- 2 Z的淋巴道转移 。Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of coixenolide (CXL) on metastasis of the laboratory produced human nasopharyngeal carcinoma Methods: Model of lymphatic metastasis in nude mice bearing human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2Z was used in observing CXL efficacy MTT assay was adopted to investigate the influence of the drug on immune Results: CXL suppressed the tumor metastasis in a dose response fashion,with a accumulated ID 50 =10 -3 282 mol/kg, which was in agreement with the regression of 'primary tumor' in inoculated side (accumulated ID 50 =10 -3 387 mol/kg) Pathological examination revealed reduction of the tumor invasion degree,in parallel with that of lymphatic metastasis On the other hand, CXL recovered the NK cell activity in the tumor bearing mice Conclusion: CXL can inhibit the lymphatic metastasis of CNE 2Z by the mechanism of both direct and indirect actions,the latter relates closely to the improvement of NK cell activity
