摘  要:本文利用扫描电镜观察了自制以及商品化原子吸收石墨管表面在使用期间的形貌变化,并对不同石墨管材料对分析性能的影响进行了讨论,从扫描电镜图片上观察到了一些有意义的现象。It is surprising that in spite of countless publications on GFAAS, the morphologica investigation of evaporation surface and structures of material used are very scared. The studyies carried out in this paper illustrate that morphological inestigation of graphite surface in GFAAS using scanning electron microscopy should be an interesting and rewarding field in further exploration of electrothermal AAS. morphological studies on graphite sufihce by SEM are presented for home-made graphite tubes and commercial ones. The influence of different tubes material on the analytical performance are discussed. Some usefull phenomena are observed through the SEM pictures.There are 18 SEM pictures shown in this paper.
