摘　　要：目的制订贞芪扶正口服液质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芪、女贞子、白术 ;用香草醛 硫酸比色法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果平均回收率为 98 95 % ,RSD为 0 81 % (n =5 )。Objective To establish the quality standards for the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid. Methods Radix Astragali, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid were identified by TLC. The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid was determined by vanillin-sulfuric colorimetry. Results The average recovery is 98.95% and RSD is 0.81% (n=5). Conclusions These methods can be used for the quality control of the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid.
