摘　　要：在发动机喷油咀的生产过程中 ,检查验收工作量很大。通过运用由传送带、机械手、光电传感器组成的产品自动检验生产线 ,可较好地解决这一问题。在该系统中 ,PL C控制机械手将不合格产品从工序中选出 。Checking is an important problem which needs lots of work in the process of producing nozzles of engine.By using automatic checking line of product which is made up of conveyor belt,machinehand and sensor can solve the problem well.In the system,PLC sorts out unqualified products and let qualified products come into next process or storehouse.
