营养限制对苏尼特母羊血液中胰岛素(Ins)、T_3、T_4浓度的影响

摘　　要：研究在妊娠期 90d将 4 5只平均体重为 (4 1.4± 3.8)kg、体况中等、胎次为 2～ 3的苏尼特经产妊娠母羊随机分为四个营养水平组 (ME0 .2 ,0 .33,0 .4 4 ,0 .86MJ/kg·W0 .75·d) ,在妊娠期第 96 ,12 4 ,14 4天分别从各组母羊颈静脉采血 ,分离后的血清用以测定胰岛素 (Ins)、T3 、T4浓度。结果表明 ,在营养限制期间 ,营养限制较严重的Ⅰ、Ⅱ组母羊血清胰岛素浓度有降低的趋势 ;各组母羊血清中的T3 浓度随着妊娠期的进行逐渐降低 ,T4浓度先升高而后降低。In this study,forty-five sunit pregnant ewes in their second or third parity of average body weight(41.1±3.8)kg and moderate body condition on their 90 th day of pregnancy were randomly allocated to four dietary treatment(ME0.2?0.33?0.44 and0.86 MJ/kg·W 0.75 ·d) with the aim of studying the effect of different restricted feeding energy levels during late pregnancy on the fluctuation of serum insulin?T 3?T 4 concentration of sunit ewes.On day 96?124?144 of pregnancy,jugular blood samples were obtained before the ewes were fed in the morning and centrifuged to obtain serum.The serum insulin?T 3?T 4 concentration were measured with RIA by commercial Kits. The results indicated that during feed restriction period(late pregnancy),the serum insulin concentration of the ewes in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ tended to decrease,the serum T 3 concentration of the ewes in all groups decreased progressively while the T 4 concentration firstly increased then decreased.
