摘　　要：以味精厂发酵废水中提取的菌体经水解所得水解蛋白、油酸、三氯化磷、氢氧化钠为原料,在碱性条件下,恒温50℃,滴加油酰氯反应3-4h,合成了天然表面活性剂酰化肽,并测出其相对分子质量。The protein hydrolysate,oleic acid,phosphorus trichloride and sodium hydroxide are hydrolysated from the bacteria which is extracted from the fermented waste water from the gourmet powder plant. The natural surfactant of acylated peptide is syn-theis by using these materials as raw materials,under the alkalinity condition,50℃ and adding oleoy chloride drop by drop to react for 3 - 4h, also the relative molecular mass is measured.
