摘　　要：很多高校都有CATV和校园网系统 ,而且都是独立工作 ,互不通信息的。CATV中有大量的电视教育资源 ,校园网具有很强的交互性 ,为此给出了一个投资少、见效快的CATV与校园网进行信息交换的方案 ,以便教育资源的有效利用。There are CATV system and campus net system in many colleges currently, and they work independently and can't share information. CATV transmits more video and audio educational resources while campus net has better interactive function. How to get both predominance bring into play? This article gives a scheme of information exchanging between CATV system and campus net system, that it needs less investment and spends less time, so that the educational resources in both systems are made use of effectively.
