摘　　要：根据上海市高速公路网各路段视频监控系统共享互控的需要,阐述了视频监控管理系统的关键技术、通信协议标准及管理策略,并给出了关键部分的实现方法。Based on the need of sharing and mutual-control among road segment monitoring systems of Shanghai expressway network, this paper illustrates the key technologies of video monitoring management system, the communication protocol standards and the policies of management. And it also presents the implementation of the key parts of this system.
