摘　　要：针对开放式数控系统,列举了几种典型模式,并对“PC+运动控制器”的系统模式进行了进一步的分析研究,指出了网络与跨平台能力的重要性和利用JAVA开发网络功能实现跨平台操作的技术方法,并以GALIL的运动控制器进行了实例应用,为同类应用研究提供了有效的途径。Several open NC system modals are enumerated, a kind of open NC system which is PC-based motion controller is further analyzed. And point out the necessary for adding thenetwork ability to motion control system. Some technical method using java are purposedto realize the true portability. The research of application of Galil's motion controller iscompleted, approach is supplied that can be referenced by other similar research.
