摘 要:采用脉冲激光沉积方法 ,在钇稳定氧化锆 (YSZ)衬底上制备了YBa2 Cu3 O7-y高温超导薄膜和NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层高温超导薄膜。X射线衍射分析结果表明 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜在结晶度、表面光滑平整度和稳定性方面优于YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜 ;电阻温度曲线测量结果表明 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜的转变温度为 87.6 6K ,转变宽度为 0 .34K ;YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜的则分别为 86 .6 4K和 0 .95K。与YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜相比 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜稳定性更高 ,在超导电子器件领域更具有应用潜力。The NdBa 2Cu 3O 7-x high-temperature super-conducting thin films were prepared on the YBa 2Cu 3O 7-y yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) using pulsed laser ablation technique to form NdB 2Cu 3O 7-xYBa 2Cu 3O 7-y multi-layer film at low laser fluency range from 1.2 to 1.0 Jcm 2. The crystallinity and phase purity of the films were checked by X-ray diffraction, and the resistance-temperature (R-T) curves of the films were measured with four- terminal technique in a cryocooler system before and after the samples were stored in air for 13 months. The results show that NdB 2Cu 3O 7-xYBa 2Cu 3O 7-y multi-layer films have a superior quality to YBa 2Cu 3O 7-y thin films in terms of the surface flatness, smoothness and stability. For NdB 2Cu 3O 7-xYBa 2Cu 3O 7-y thin film, the super-conducting transition temperature is 87.66 K, and the width of the temperature transition is 0.95 K. For YBa 2Cu 3O 7-y thin film, the super-conducting transition temperature is 86.64 K, and the width of temperature transition is 0.34 K. The stability of NdB 2Cu 3O 7-xYBa 2Cu 3O 7-y is better than that of YBa 2Cu 3O 7-y. These results show that the NdB 2Cu 3O 7-xYBa 2Cu 3O 7-y thin film has the potential applications in super-conducting devices.
