摘 要:食物和饲料中的高浓度单宁具有抗营养性,利用微生物的作用将其降解成小分子物质,不仅可降低其毒性,而且可提高其经济价值。本文以化学需氧量(COD)去除率为指标,选育出可降解橡碗单宁的微生物菌株。对选育菌株的单宁降解性能研究结果显示,在橡碗单宁浓度为5g/L,pH值为4.5的察氏培养基中28℃恒温水浴振荡(120r/min)培养3d,单宁降解率可达10%。根据该菌株在一定培养基上的群体形态、细胞形态、培养特征、生理特征等进行鉴定,确定该菌株为半知菌类,丛梗孢目,丛梗孢科,曲霉属,黑曲霉种群。Inseveralstudies,tannininforage s anddiets has already shownantinut ritionalproperties to humanand herbivorousanimals.Ontheotherhand,somecompounds withlowmolecula rweight,obtainedfrompurificatio nof tannindegradation,exhibitedmany biologicalactivities.Sothestudy onbiologicaldegradationofvegeta bletannin was veryimportant.Inthis paper,am icrobialstraincapabletodegradevegetabletannins was isolatedaccordingto its high capacity of removing chemic al oxygen demand.After being incubated in Czapek medium with tannin concentration5g /L,at28℃,pH4.5,120r /minfor3days,themaximumremovaloftanninreached10%.Based on its morphological and physiologic characteristics,the strain was id entified as Aspergillus niger.
