摘  要:大豆蛋白纤维具有手感柔软、光泽柔亮、吸湿和导湿性好、强度较高等特性。大豆纤维特别适于生产圆机和横机针织产品。所开发的产品中有纯纺大豆纤维针织物、大豆纤维 氨纶包芯或交织圆机针织物、大豆纤维 棉混纺针织物、大豆纤维 羊毛混纺圆机和横机衫、大豆纤维 绢丝混纺针织物等。本文着重研究了在染整加工过程中如何保留大豆蛋白纤维的优良性能、纤维漂白、深浓色染色、提高色泽鲜艳度及织物手感等问题 ,并对纯纺、混纺、交织。Soybean protein fibre is suitable for circular and flat knitted products with its advantages of soft handle, subdued luster, good moisture absorption and conductivity as well as higher strength. A variety of knitted products made from soybean related fiber are introduced including pure soybean fiber fabric, soybean/covered spandex mix knitted circular fabric, soybean/cotton blended knits, circular knitted or flat knitted sweaters from soybean/wool blended yarn as well as soybean/spun silk blended fabric. A series of problems concerned with the dyeing and finishing process of such products is discussed, such as how to reserve the good properties of soybean fibre, how to improve the color clarity and fabric's handle, points for fibre bleaching and strong shade piece dyeing process. A discussion is made on the dyeing and finishing process of pure soybean fabric as well as its blended, mix knitted and yarn dyed fabrics.
