能量多普勒显像测量动脉瘤内径临床价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨能量多普勒血流显像测量动脉瘤体内径的准确性。方法 :用二维超声 (2 DE)、彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)、能量多普勒血流显像 (PDI)在同一超声切面分别测量动脉瘤体内径与其它影像检查 (DSA、CT、MAR)及手术结果相比较。结果 :PDI、CDFI、 2 DE所测的动脉瘤内径与其它影像检查及手术组比较只有CDFI测量的内径有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,PDI、 2 DE与其它医学影像检查及手术相互比较均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :PDI所测量的血管内径较符合 2 DE和其它影像检查及手术结果 。Objective:To study the veracity of Power Doppler imaging(PDI)in measuring the inner diameter of aneurysm.Methods:The results of the inner diameter of aneurysm measured by two dimenisonal echocardiography(2 DE),color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)and PDI were compared with those by other imaging methods and operation in the same section.Results:There were significant differences compared the results of the inner diameter of aneurysm meausred by CDFI with those by other imagings and operation( P <0 05),and there were no significant differences compared images by PDI or 2 DE with those by other imagings and operation( P >0 05).Conclusions:The results of the inner diameter of aneurysm measured by PDI were accordant with those by 2 DE,other imaging and operation.The veracity of PDI in measuring the inner diameter of aneurysm is higher than that of other images and operation.
