摘  要:目的 :研究野黄芩甙是否有抗炎作用及可能的作用机制。方法 :造小鼠耳肿胀模型 ,测定各组鼠耳肿胀程度。造小鼠实验性腹膜炎模型 ,测定各组腹腔渗出液中白细胞数及渗出液量。造小鼠气囊滑膜炎模型 ,测定各组炎性渗出物中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )含量。结果 :实验组耳肿胀程度、渗出液量、白细胞数及PGE2 含量均明显低于对照组。结论 :野黄芩甙对炎症过程中的肿胀、毛细血管通透性增高、组织液渗出及白细胞游走都有明显的抑制作用 ,且此作用与炎症因子PGE2Objective: To study if the scutellairin has anti-inflammatory effect and its possible mechanism.Methods:The model of swelling ear in mice was built and the swelling extent was measured. The model of experimental peritonitis in mice was built and the quantity of leukocyte and content of exudates in abdominal cavity were measured. The model of air sac synovitis in mice was built and the content of PGE 2 in inflammatory exudates was measured. Results:The swelling extent of ear, the volume of exudates, the quantity of leukocyte and the content of PGE 2 in the experimental groups are obviously lower than those in the control groups. Conclusion:The scutellairin has obviously inhibitory effect on the swelling, the increased capillary of permeability, the exudation of tissue fluid and the migration of leukocyte during the process of inflammation, which is relevant to the inhibition of the production and release of the inflammatory factor PGE 2.
