摘　　要：在知识经济时代,科学与技术的密切联系使技术社会已经形成。技术应用正成为一种压倒一切的控制形式,它对人的生存既有益又有害。面对技术社会,我们不能选择倒退与逃避之路,惟一可行的方法是在改造中适应。本文力求从技术与人的深刻冲突中探讨二者的有机协同,建造人与技术的"双赢"结构,为创造出一种"人化"的技术社会做出先期的理论上的演绎。In the era of knowledgeable economy,the connection of science and technology makes the technical society come outWe are getting into the technical societyTechnical application has become a kind of control of mankind overwhelminglyIt has both advantages and disadvantages for man's existenceIt is no use for us to reverse or escape from the technical society and the most appropriate method is fitting it during improving itThis paper makes a thorough inquiry of the coordination of technology and human beings from their deep conflict,in order to build up the 'two－victory'structure of human beings and technology and to show the way of the technical sociey'suitable for human beings'theoretically and preliminarily
