摘 要:目的 探讨应用神经导航对颅底部肿瘤的显微手术治疗效果。方法 采用Vector Vision和StealthStation神经导航系统,显微手术切除58例颅底部肿瘤,总结神经导航定位的准确性与手术治疗效果的关系。结果58例颅底部肿瘤,在满足神经导航注册准确性和术中导航持续准确性的前提下,54例(93.1%)获全切除,4例(6.9%)达次全切除。术后病人症状明显改善,无病情恶化与死亡。结论 使用神经导航系统,在术前可制定详细的颅底部肿瘤手术计划,术中可辅助术者追踪瘤体并准确定位,有助于切除肿瘤和降低手术并发症。Objective To probe the microsurgical effects of craniobasal tumors by the neuronavigator. Methods Fifty-eight patients with craniobasal tumors were microsurgically treated by the application of Vector Vision and Stealth Station system. The treatment effects were summarized and the neuronavigational accuracy was discussed. Results After mean fiducial error (MFE) and sustained accuracy (SA) were met, total tumor removal was achieved in 54 cases (93.1%), and subtotoal removal in 4 cases (6.9%). The neurological functions were improved in all cases. No case deteriorated and died in the group. Conclusion Navigation systems are reliable and accurate in making microneurosurgical plans for craniobasal tumors. They can provide tracing of the tumor in the operation and guide the manipulation of the operation. The techniques, which help total removal of the tumors and reduce the postoperative complications, are very useful in ensuring operation effects.
