摘　　要：介绍了GPRS(通用分组无线业务技术)的用户特征、网络特征以及GPRS系统的网络结构,分析利用GSM网络在CORS以及WADGPS系统的数据通讯上存在的不足,并介绍了GPRS技术在CORS系统数据通讯传输中的应用。The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a new nonvoice value added service that allows information to be sent and received across a mobile telephone network. If supplements today's Circuit Switched Data and Short Message Service. GPRS has several unique features which can be summarized at data speed , always connected . GPRS will fully enable the Internet applications you are used to on your desktop. This paper analyses the shortages of using GSM network in CORS, and puts forward a new approach using GPRS technology in CORS data transmission. The approach is approved feasible in transmission.
