摘　　要：探讨了基于WEB的课题管理系统的开发技术、设计思想及主要功能,并结合金华市教育科学研究所课题管理的实际情况,提出了实现远程课题管理系统时应该注意的一些关键问题.This article probes into exploitation technol-ogy,design thought and main functions of manage-ment system of questions for study based on Web,and combining with actual complexions of managing questions for study in Jinhua City Eduction Science Institute puts forward a few key questions should be-ing noticed when completing long-distant management system of questions for study.
