细胞凋亡抑制蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的　研究细胞凋亡抑制蛋白 (survivin)与子宫内膜癌间的关系。方法　以免疫组化ABC法检测survivin、Ki6 7在 5 6例子宫内膜癌及 35例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果　Survivin在子宫内膜癌组的阳性率为 96 4 % ,正常对照组为 2 9% ,2组相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。在 5 6例子宫内膜癌中 ,按手术 -病理分期 ,Survivin在Ia、Ib和Ic期的强阳性结果分别为 14 2 9% ,4 6 6 7% ,72 73%。Ki6 7的阳性率在子宫内膜癌组和对照组分别为 98 2 % ,4 % ,2组相差显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　Survivin在子宫内膜癌中过度表达 ,且表达程度与肿瘤肌层浸润程度有关 。Objective To study the relationship between survivin expression and occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of survivin and Ki67 antigen in 56 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected with ABC immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of survivin in endometrial carcinoma was 96.4% in contrast to 2.9% of the control group with significant difference (P<0.01). Classified by the operational and pathological findings, strong positive expression in Ia, Ib and Ic were 14.29%, 46.67% and 72.73% in 56 patients. The positive rate of Ki67 expression in endometrial carcinoma and control group were 98.2% and 4% respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion Over-expression of survivin in endometrial carcinoma is present and associated positively with intramuscular inflitration of lesion. It might show an important role of apopotosis disturbance in the oncogenesis and progression.
