超微粉碎对当归散镇痛免疫作用的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究超微粉碎对当归散镇痛、免疫作用影响。方法 :采用扭体法、热板法、免疫器官重量法比较超微粉碎对其药效学的影响。结果 :同剂量情况下超微当归散的镇痛作用、免疫增强作用皆明显强于传统当归散 ,而 7.8g·kg 1 的超微当归散的镇痛作用、免疫增强作用则与 1 1 .7g·kg 1 的传统当归散的作用相当。结论Objective:To investigate the influence of mini grinding on the pharmacodynamics of danggui powder. Methods:The changes in pharmacodynamics data were measured by the methods of writhing, hot plate and weight of immune organ of the mice. Results:Under the same dosage, the mini grinded danggui powder was markedly superior to the traditional one in the functions of analgesia and immunity. 7.8 g·kg 1 of mini grinding danggui powder is equivalent to 11.7 g·kg 1 of traditional one in function. Conclusion:The pharmacodynamics of danggui powder can be obviously improved by mini grinding.
