摘  要:从理论和试验两个方面,对用于测量脉动气流流量的带阻尼管的稳压箱进行了研究,提出了这种装置的设计原则和方法。分析和试验结果表明,采用阻尼稳压箱可以减小稳压箱容积、增大稳压效果,从而提高脉动流流量的测量精度。带阻尼管的稳压箱其总容积为气缸容积的290倍,箱管直径比为22 5∶1。在单缸机上转速为1200r/min的工况下,流量测量的系统误差<3%;而在相同的系统误差下,同容积的空稳压箱只能测取2000r/min以上的流量。Pressure stabilizing box with damping pipe for pulsating-flow measurement was studied theoretically and experimentally. Design concept and parameter calculation of system were presented. Results of analysis and experiment showed that stabilizing box with damping pipe is superior to that without damping pipe in respect of volume compactness, pulsation stabilizing effect and flow measurement precision. When the volume of pressure stabilizing box with damping pipe is 290 times as large as swept volume of engine cylinder, the diameter ratio of pressure stabilizing box and damping pipe is 22.5∶1, and under 1200 r/min engine working condition, the system measurement error is lower than 3%. The pressure stabilizing box without damping pipe can only measure the pulsating-flow at engine speed higher than 2 000 r/min with the same measurement precision.
