摘　　要：从肺与大肠的进化发育关系、神经 -内分泌 -免疫网络探析肺与大肠相表里的实质。认为 ,肺与大肠有共同的发育学基础 ,其密切的神经、免疫联系可能是两者生理病理相关的物质基础 。In the exploration of the essence of the interior and exterior relationship between the lung and large intestine from the evolutionary and developing relationship and the nerve endocrine immune network between the lung and large intestine, the authors believe that from the common developing foundation in the lung and large intestine, their close relation in the nerves and immunity might be the substantial foundation in correlation of physiology and pathology between them, but their concrete connective relationship needs further study.
