摘　　要：借助现代信息技术推动学校全面发展是高校信息化建设的时代命题。该文提出,高校实施信息化,关键在于信息公共基础设施建设、信息资源建设、人才信息素养教育三个方面。文章以条件、资源、人才“三大工程”为重点,详细介绍了第四军医大学信息化的实践情况。How to propel colleges and university forward with the aid of modern information technology is an important topic of education info construction. The implementation of education info lies in three aspects: the construction of public infrastructure of information, the construction of information resources, and the education of peoples information knowledge. In this paper, the application of education info in the Fourth Military Medical University is discussed in detail from three points: conditions, resources and talented people.
