摘　　要：为了规范刑事质证活动 ,确立一系例的刑事质证基本规则是有必要的。文章总结并论述了平等质证规则、直接言词规则、正当发问规则、尊重人格规则。In order to normalize the activities of criminal cross examination,it's necessary to set up a series of fundamental rule of it.Therefore the article here is to summarize and discuss such five basic rule of criminal cross examination as:Equal Cross xamination Rule,Direct Verbal Rule,Due question Rule,Rule of Respect for Personality and Rule of Judge's assisting.
