摘　　要：中国加入WTO后,针对科技期刊面临的机遇、挑战和竞争形势,提出我国科技期刊应对的举措。The author analyses the chanllenges and situation of journals of science which China is facing as well as the opportunities they have; and puts forward the stategies they should take to the development of them after China enters the WTO.
