血清唾液酸含量测定对胰腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清唾液酸水平对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法 :采用改良间苯二酚快速比色测定法 ,检测 2 5名健康人与10 8例良性疾病患者、35例胰腺癌术前患者、12例胰腺癌术后患者血清唾液酸水平。结果 :胰腺癌术前组的血清唾液酸含量和阳性率均显著高于术后组、良性疾病组和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,但良性疾病组与正常对照组间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To study the diagnostic value of serum sialic acid(SA) level for pancreas carcinoma.Methods:Fast assay was employed to measure serum SA level in 25 healthy individuals,108 cases of benign diseases,35 cases of pre operative pancreas carcinoma,12 cases of post operative pancreas carcinoma.Results:The serum SA content and positive rate in pre operative pancreas carcinoma group were significant higher than that in the post operative and benign diseases and control groups( P <0.01 and P <0.005),and no difference was found between benign diseases group and control group( P >0.05).Conclusions:The detection of serum SA has an important value in distinguishing pancreas carcinoma from benign diseases.
