摘　　要：随着网络化的发展 ,各种侵权行为层出不穷 ,侵权手段多种多样 ,各种网上产权争议也此起彼伏。本文通过对传统知识产权与网络环境下知识产权的形态及内容的分析 ,阐述了知识产权保护面临的一些问题 ,从而提出几个见解。With the development of network,the invasion actions are emerging one after another and the meaning is various,kind of disputes on Internet intellectual property rights are common.Though analysis on form and content of traditional and Internet intellectual property rights,the paper some problems of intellectual property rights,and points out some advice.
